②靴は試着をしサイズが合っているもののみをご購入、オーダー可能です。

③同じデザイン（色違いも含む）の商品を再度購入する場合は一年経過後でお願い致します。

④こちらが転売と判断した場合ご注文をキャンセル致します。

自 2025 年 10 月 3 日起，我们将对商品的购买与订购设立以下限制。

感谢您的理解与配合。

1. 相同设计（含不同颜色）的商品，每位顾客限购 2 件。
2. 鞋子须试穿后，确认尺码合适方可购买或订购。
3. 相同设计（含不同颜色）的商品再次购买需间隔一年以上。
4. 若我们判断订单存在转卖行为，将取消该订单。

目前我们正在准备开设网店的海外配送服务，预计今年内启动。

Regarding the Purchase and Ordering of entoan Products

Starting October 3, 2025, we will be implementing restrictions on product purchases and orders.

We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.

1. Each customer may purchase up to two items of the same design (including different colors).
2. Shoes can only be purchased or ordered if you have tried them on and confirmed the size fits.
3. To repurchase the same design (including different colors), at least one year must pass.
4. If we determine that an order is for resale purposes, it will be canceled.

We are currently preparing to launch international shipping from our online shop within this year.
